Annual Dividend Rate definition

Annual Dividend Rate means for any Fixed Dividend Rate Period the rate of interest expressed as a percentage per annum (rounded to the nearest one-thousandth (1/1000) of one percent (1%)) which is equal to the Government of Canada Yield multiplied by the Selected Percentage Rate for such Fixed Dividend Rate Period.
Annual Dividend Rate means 11.00% per annum of the Liquidation Preference if paid in cash, per Series D-1 Preferred Share; provided, however that to the extent a dividend for a Dividend Period is not paid in cash on the applicable Dividend Payment Date (whether at the option of the Board of Directors or as otherwise required by this Certificate of Designation), then the Annual Dividend Rate for such Dividend Period with respect to dividends not paid in cash shall mean 12.50% per annum of the Liquidation Preference.
Annual Dividend Rate means 5.00% per annum.
