The “Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate” for a Quarterly Floating Rate Period equals the sum of 2.00% and the average yield expressed as an annual rate on three-month Government of Canada treasury bills for the most recent treasury bills auction that precedes by at least 30 days the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.
The Corporation will calculate, on each Floating Rate Calculation Date, the Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate for the applicable Quarterly Floating Rate Period and will, on the Floating Rate Calculation Date, send written notice thereof to the Holders.
