Annual Election Period definition

Annual Election Period means a sixty (60) day period commencing January 1 of each year subject to the provisions of Section 3.2 and 3.3.
Annual Election Period means the period designated each year during which Participants submit their elections to defer Compensation. Unless modified by the Retirement Committee, an Annual Election Period shall end not later than November 30 of each year. For administrative convenience, a portion of each Annual Election Period may be designated as the open enrollment period; during the portion of each Annual Election Period after expiration of the open enrollment period, the ability of Participants to make or change elections may be limited, and the Administrator shall have discretion to accept or reject any elections or changes that are submitted.
Annual Election Period means the 90 day period after the last day of each Plan Year commencing with the Plan Year in which the Participant first becomes a Qualified Participant.

Examples of Annual Election Period in a sentence

  • Any such increase in the Deferral Amount elected shall be deferred for the same Deferral Period which applies to the other Deferral Amount selected during the most recent preceding Initial Enrollment Period or Annual Election Period during which the Participant elected a Deferral Amount.

  • Unless the Participant prospectively increases the Deferral Amount under this Section 4.5, such an election shall remain in effect until the next Annual Election Period or the Participant ceases to be a Representative.

  • Any election so made shall remain in effect until the next Annual Election Period and shall immediately cease if the Participant is no longer a Representative.

  • A Participant must specify the Deferral Amount as a specific percentage, or dollar amount, of his total Net Compensation earned after an Annual Election Period and during a Deferral Period.

  • A Participant may elect to resume deferrals under this Plan at any subsequent Annual Election Period, provided that the Participant satisfies the Plan’s eligibility requirements in effect at that time.


More Definitions of Annual Election Period

Annual Election Period means the 90-day period following the end of each Plan Year in the Qualified Election Period.
Annual Election Period means a period from November 1 to December 31 subject to the provisions of Section 3.2.
