Qualified Participant definition
Qualified Participant means an individual who is a participant of Tier 2 and who meets 1 of the following requirements:
Qualified Participant means any Participant or Former Participant who has completed ten (10) Years of Service as a Participant and has attained age 55.
Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.
Examples of Qualified Participant in a sentence
In order to receive an allocation of Employer Matching Contributions for a Plan Year, an Employee must be a Qualified Participant for that purpose.
In order to receive an allocation of Profit Sharing Contributions for a Plan Year, an Employee must be a Qualified Participant for this purpose.

More Definitions of Qualified Participant
Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.
