The officers of the Corporation shall be elected by the Board of Directors at its first meeting held after the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
A meeting shall be held for the purpose of organizing the new Board and electing and appointing officers of the Association for the succeeding year on the day of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders or as soon thereafter as practicable, and, in any event, within thirty days thereof.
