Annual Valuation Period definition

Annual Valuation Period means the “annual valuation period” as defined in 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(d)(5) as determined for each Borrower.
Annual Valuation Period means, with respect to each Borrower and the Guarantor that qualifies as an Operating Company, the “annual valuation period” for such Borrower or the Guarantor, as defined in 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(d)(5), as determined by designation of such Borrower’s or Guarantor’s general partner, managing member or other similar managing fiduciary.
Annual Valuation Period means the “annual valuation period” as defined in the Plan Assets Regulation as determined, for each Borrower Party, by designation of such Borrower Party.

  • At least thirty (30) days prior to the last day of the then current Annual Valuation Period (as such term is defined in the Plan Asset Regulation) for each First Tier Company, such First Tier Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a REOC Update Opinion, or a REOC Update Certificate, in either case dated as of a date at least thirty (30) days prior to the last day of such Annual Valuation Period but not earlier than the first day thereof.
