Annualisation year definition

Annualisation year means the twelve month period commencing 31 January and ending 30 January the following year (inclusive of both dates).
Annualisation year means the twelve month period commencing on the date established for the commencement of a period of annualisation in accordance with clause 2(c)(ii) of this appendix.

Related to Annualisation year

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • transition year means the financial year of an issuer or business in which the issuer or business changes its financial year-end;

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • Allocation Year Means (i) the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on December 31, 2006, (ii) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (iii) any portion of the period described in clause (ii) for which the Company is required to allocate Profits, Losses and other items of Company income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Article V.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Adjusted Net Earnings means net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders as reported in the Company’s periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provided that such amount shall be adjusted by reversing the following, to the extent such adjustments were made in calculating such net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders:
