The Supplier shall notify the Authority as soon as it becomes aware of: any breach, or potential breach, of the Anti-Slavery Policy; or any actual or suspected slavery or trafficking in its supply chain.

Any violation of the Anti-Slavery Policy by either party will entitle the non- violating party to immediately terminate the Agreement.
In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Supplier shall comply with all Applicable Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
In addition to the foregoing Pinewood reserves the right to audit Contractor and request such information as it may require evidencing compliance with the Anti-Slavery Policy.
