Anticipated Electricity Savings definition

Anticipated Electricity Savings means, in each M&V Reporting Period specified in the M&V Plan, the amount set opposite such period in Schedule “B” under the heading “Anticipated Electricity Savings”, being the estimated Electricity Savings anticipated by the Technical Reviewer to be achieved during such period, or such other amount as approved by the LDC in writing.
Anticipated Electricity Savings means, in each M&V Reporting Period specified in the M&V Plan, being the estimated Electricity Savings anticipated by the Technical Reviewer to be achieved during such period, or such other amount as approved by the LDC in writing.
Anticipated Electricity Savings means, in each M&V reporting period specified in the M&V Plan, the estimated annualized Electricity Savings anticipated by the Technical Reviewer to be achieved during such period, as set out in the M&V Plan, as applicable.

  • Attached as Schedule "C" is a description of the Project or Portfolio in respect of which this Agreement is being entered into including the Project or Portfolio identification number assigned by the IESO, the address of the Facility, Project Incentive, Net Project Incentive, scheduled In- Service Date, Eligible Costs, Project Payback, Electricity Savings, Anticipated Electricity Savings, Annualized Electricity Savings, Project Budget and Performance Security.

  • The Electricity Savings as determined by the Technical Reviewer and set out in any M&V Report will be used by the IESO and the Technical Reviewer, among other things, to assess whether the Project has achieved at least 90% of the Anticipated Electricity Savings for such M&V Reporting Period.

  • The Electricity Savings as determined by the Technical Reviewer and set out in any M&V Report will be used by the LDC and the Technical Reviewer, among other things, to assess whether the Project has achieved at least 80% of the Anticipated Electricity Savings for such M&V Reporting Period.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Project Incentive will be paid to the Participant in respect of or relating to Electricity Savings in excess of the Anticipated Electricity Savings of the Project.

  • The actual Electricity Savings determined by the Technical Reviewer and set out in any M&V Report will be used by the LDC and the Technical Reviewer, among other things, to assess whether the Project has achieved the Anticipated Electricity Savings for such M&V Reporting Period.

  • The Participant will immediately provide the LDC written notice of any change or proposed change in the Project which will, or could reasonably be expected to, or has resulted in a decrease in the Anticipated Electricity Savings.

  • The Project or Portfolio, as the case may be, and the performance and administration of this Agreement will be subject to the IESO EM&V Protocols, which will include evaluation of the effectiveness of this Agreement in meeting the objectives of the Project Incentive Initiative and achieving Anticipated Electricity Savings.

  • The Project and the performance and administration of this Agreement will be subject to the IESO EM&V Protocols, which will include evaluation of the effectiveness of this Agreement in meeting the objectives of the Process & Systems Upgrades Program and achieving Anticipated Electricity Savings.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Cost Savings has the meaning assigned to it in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Energy Savings means an amount of saved energy determined by measuring and/or estimating consumption before and after implementation of an energy efficiency improvement measure, whilst ensuring normalisation for external conditions that affect energy consumption;

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.
