APFO XXX definition

APFO XXX means the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance Letter of Understanding that is pending approval by the BOCC concurrent with the approval of this DRRA, attached hereto as EXHIBIT 5, and/or as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
