Addendum(a) definition

Addendum(a) means an additional document, executed by the Parties, that references this Agreement and contains terms relevant to a particular Product or Service.
Addendum(a) means all additional information regarding this RFP including amendments to the RFP.
Addendum(a) means the as written amendment(s) to the RFB issued prior to the Bid due date to prospective Bidders who obtained the RFB.

Related to Addendum(a)

  • Addendum means a written clarification or revision to this Solicitation issued by the System Agency.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.
