Applicable EURIBOR definition

Applicable EURIBOR means: (i) in respect of a Senior Advance from the Senior Noteholder Group in respect of Jupiter Securitization Company LLC as a Senior Noteholder, three month EURIBOR for each day during such Interest Period, and (ii) in respect of (x) a Senior Advance with a Senior Advance Interest Period or (y) a Subordinated Advance or a VAT Loan Advance with an Interest Period:

  • So long as the Applicable EURIBOR Rate is required to be determined with respect to the Notes, there will at all times be a Calculation Agent.

Applicable EURIBOR means, with respect to the Notes, six month EURIBOR for the Notes or EURIBOR for such other appropriate period in respect of the first Interest Accrual Period, the second Interest Accrual Period and the Interest Accrual Period immediately prior to the Maturity Date or the Redemption Date, provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of the first Interest Accrual Period, Applicable EURIBOR for each Class of Further Notes shall be the same as Applicable EURIBOR for the equivalent Class of Existing Notes.
Applicable EURIBOR means: (a) with respect to the Notes (other than the Variable Funding Notes), six month (or an interpolation between seven and eight months for the First Interest Accrual Period) EURIBOR or EURIBOR for such other appropriate period in respect of the Interest Accrual Period immediately prior to the Maturity Date or the Redemption Date; and (b) with respect to any Euro Drawings, six months (or an interpolation between seven and eight months for the First VFN Interest Period) VFN EURIBOR as determined under the Variable Funding Notes Purchase Agreement (or in respect of any Euro Drawing made between Payment Dates, VFN EURIBOR for the appropriate period);
