Applicable Lender Percentage definition

Applicable Lender Percentage the US Lender Percentage or the Canadian Lender Percentage, as applicable.
Applicable Lender Percentage means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Commitments held by such Lender and the denominator of which is the sum of all Commitments outstanding. If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Lender Percentages shall be the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate Principal Obligation held by the Lenders and the denominator of which is the total Principal Obligation. The initial Applicable Lender Percentage of each Lender is set forth opposite the name of such Lender on Schedule 1.01 (or a replacement Schedule 1.01 issued by Administrative Agent from time to time to the extent new Lenders become party hereto or the Commitments of the Lenders change) or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable.
Applicable Lender Percentage with respect to any Lender, the percentage of the Total Revolving Credit Commitments represented by such Lxxxxx’s Revolving Credit Commitment. If the Revolving Credit Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Lender Percentages shall be determined based upon the Revolving Credit Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments. The Applicable Lender Percentage shall be adjusted appropriately, as determined by the Agent, in accordance with Section 2.19(c) to disregard the Revolving Credit Commitment of Defaulting Lenders.

  • Each Borrowing pursuant to this Section 2.01 shall be funded ratably by each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Lender Percentage of the aggregate Available Loan Amount of all Borrowers.
