Applicable Regional Plan means the Regional Planning Council’s adopted Comprehensive Regional Policy Plan prior to the adoption of a Strategic Regional Policy Plan pursuant to Section 186.508, Florida Statutes, and thereafter means an adopted Strategic Regional Policy Plan.
