Applicable Swap Rate definition

Applicable Swap Rate means the USD-ISDA-Swap Rate or such other rate set out in the ISDA Definitions and specified in the relevant Final Terms;
Applicable Swap Rate means the USD-ISDA-Swap Rate or such other rate set out in the ISDA Definitions and specified in the Pricing Supplement.
Applicable Swap Rate means the two (2) year US Dollar Swap rate as stated on Bloomberg page SSRC7 (2Y “Semi 30/360” Offer Side) (or on any successor or substitute page of such service), at 11:00am (New York Time) three (3) London Banking Days prior to the Delivery Date.

  • Each unadjusted Rent-Periodic Amount set forth in column 3 of Schedule 8 is based on the Assumed Swap Rate and shall be adjusted at 11:00 am, New York time, three (3) London Banking Days prior to the Delivery Date of the relevant Aircraft, up or down (as appropriate), by an amount equal to US$[****] for each one basis point difference between the Assumed Swap Rate and the Applicable Swap Rate, and thereafter the Rent—Periodic Amount shall be fixed at such adjusted Rent—Periodic Amount.


More Definitions of Applicable Swap Rate

Applicable Swap Rate means the [***] rate as stated on Bloomberg screen service page IRSB18 (or on any successor or substitute page of such service, or any successor to or substitute for such service, providing rate quotations comparable to those current provided on such page of such service), expressed as a percentage rounded to two (2) decimal places at 11:00 AM New York City time two (2) Business Days prior to the Delivery Date.[***]
Applicable Swap Rate means, in respect of a Fixed Rate Collateral Debt Obligation, the swap rate in Euros determined on the date of purchase of the Fixed Rate Collateral Debt Obligation taking into account both the remaining life of the instrument and the payment frequency of the instrument.

  • Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 3(b)(ii), either:

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate means for any Reset Period the mean of the bid and offered rates for the fixed leg payable with a frequency equivalent to the Original Mid-Swap Rate Basis (calculated on the day count basis customary for fixed rate payments in the Specified Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent) of a fixed-for-floating interest rate swap transaction in the Specified Currency which transaction (i) has a term equal to the relevant Reset Period and commencing on the relevant Reset Date, (ii) is in an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time with an acknowledged dealer of good credit in the swap market and (iii) has a floating leg based on the Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate for the Mid-Swap Maturity (as specified in the applicable Final Terms) (calculated on the day count basis customary for floating rate payments in the Specified Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent);

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations means the arithmetic mean of the bid and offered rates for the annual fixed leg (calculated on a 30/360 day count basis) of a fixed-for-floating euro interest rate swap transaction which:

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Credit Support Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.

  • Required Rate means (a) 5.50%, with respect to the Cutoff Date and any Distribution Date on or prior to the date on which the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, (b) 5.00%, with respect to any Distribution Date after the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, in each case, such other percentage approved by the Rating Agencies.

  • S&P Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
