Applicable Tax Legislation definition

Applicable Tax Legislation. – means the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial income tax legislation, as amended from time to time.
Applicable Tax Legislation means any legislation pursuant to which Taxes are imposed by any Taxation Authority.
Applicable Tax Legislation means the Income Tax Act and the taxation legislation of the province or territory in which the Holder or the Trustee resides;

Applicable Tax Legislation has the meaning set forth in paragraph 1;
