Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

communication to the public means the transmission by any means, other than by broadcasting, of images or sounds or both of a work, a performance or a sound recording in such a way that the images or sounds can be perceived by persons outside the normal circle of a family and its closest social acquaintances at a place or places so distant from the place where the transmission originates that, without the transmission, the images or sounds would not be perceivable, irrespective of whether the person can receive images or sounds at the same place and time, or at different places or times individually chosen by them.
Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Application Unit means such number of Units or whole multiples thereof as specified in this Prospectus or such other whole multiple of Units determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to the Participating Dealers.

Multistate licensure privilege means a legal authorization associated with a multistate license permitting the practice of nursing as either a registered nurse (RN) or LPN/VN in a remote state.
Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.

Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
