Customer Application definition

Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

Customer Application means a software program that Customer creates or hosts using the Services.

Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

• Customer shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Application (including all releases, modifications and improvements thereto) and documentation and all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and any other proprietary rights therein.
