Appointed Dates definition

Appointed Dates means the First Appointed Date and the Second Appointed Date.

Examples of Appointed Dates in a sentence

  • The Scheme shall be operative from the Effective Date, but shall operate from and be implemented with effect from the Appointed Dates.

  • The Scheme set out herein in its present form or with any modification(s) approved or imposed or directed by the NCLT or any other statutory authorities or in terms of this Scheme shall take effect from the respective Appointed Dates but shall be operative from the Effective Date.

Related to Appointed Dates

  • Appointed Date means the date declared by the Authority as the project commencement date with the consent of the contractor, as per the process prescribed in Article 3 and 8 of this Agreement;

  • Required Date means by the 10th Business Day following the end of the Quarter for which the information prescribed in Annex V4 is being provided.
