apprenticeship framework means a framework approved by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and published by the Secretary of State and assessed through this Agreement; Apprenticeship means a standard approved by the Education and Skills Funding Standard Agency and published by the Secretary of State, and assessed through a standardised exam, more particularly described in the ESFA Rules; Apprenticeship Particulars means details of the proposed Apprenticeships in a Request for Services in the form set out in Schedule 7; Awarding Organisation means the approved qualification-awarding organisation for the applicable Apprenticeship;
