Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework definition

Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the Borrower’s framework, acceptable to the Bank (included in the ESMF), dated November 16, 2010, setting forth the indigenous peoples policy framework applicable to all the activities to be carried out under the Project and the basis and procedures to prepare specific indigenous peoples’ plans or related instruments during Project implementation.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the framework adopted by the ARMM Regional Government on February 9, 2010, approved by the Bank and publically disclosed on February 9, 2010 which provides guidelines and procedures for the preparation, adoption and implementation of a plan or plans for the consultation with and informed participation of Indigenous Peoples residing or cultivating lands in areas under the Project.

Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means an instrument prepared by the Recipient satisfactory to the Association and dated February 5, 2010 outlining the basis for identifying Indigenous Peoples and their rights, the appropriate consultative process as well as guidelines to avert, minimize, mitigate, or provide culturally appropriate compensation for any potentially adverse effects as the same may be amended from time to time with the Association’s prior written concurrence.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the document entitled “Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework for PNPM Peduli”, which is an annex to the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual and which sets out procedures designed to: (a) involve Indigenous Peoples, through a process of free, prior and informed consultation, in the design and implementation of Sub-projects in locations in which such people reside or make their living; and (b) design and implement measures to provide benefits which are socially and culturally acceptable to them, and reduce, mitigate and offset adverse impacts of Sub-projects, as such operating procedures may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank and the Recipient.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the framework for preparation of Indigenous Peoples Plans by the relevant Participating Provinces set forth in the Operational Manual.
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework means the Framework adopted by the Borrower through the COLCIENCIAS on April 15, 2010, and referred to in paragraph D of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.

Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means Recipient’s framework of same name dated February 2008 outlining modalities to be followed in assessing the potential positive and adverse effects of Subprojects on indigenous peoples, a plan for carrying out the social assessment for such Subprojects, a framework for ensuring free, prior, and informed consultation with the affected indigenous peoples’ communities at each stage of Subproject preparation and implementation, institutional arrangements for screening Subprojects and other Project activities, evaluating their effects on indigenous peoples, preparing indigenous peoples’ plans, and addressing any grievances, monitoring and reporting arrangements, including mechanisms and benchmarks appropriate for the Project and disclosure arrangements for indigenous people’s plans to be prepared under the IPPF.
