Appropriate Access Privileges definition

Appropriate Access Privileges means the right of an Assessor that has been engaged by a vendor to access and use information provided to PCI SSC by that vendor (or its Assessors) for purposes of submitting, accessing and responding to queries from QA Team Members regarding such vendor’s Products, Assessment Reports and supporting information.

Related to Appropriate Access Privileges

  • additional subscription privilege means a privilege, granted to a holder of a right, to subscribe for a security not subscribed for by any holder under a basic subscription privilege;

  • basic subscription privilege means a privilege to subscribe for the number or amount of securities set out in a rights certificate held by the holder of the rights certificate;

  • Access Point means a smaller area within a Procurement Area to which the same obligations under this Specification as apply to Procurement Areas will be attached unless otherwise stated in this Contract;

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right or access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.
