Approval Regime definition

Approval Regime means the terms of reference for the strategic review committee of Asset Co as established by the board of directors of New Noble as set out in the delegation of authority from the board of directors of New Noble to the SRC. Terms used and not defined below have the meaning set forth in Appendix 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of the Explanatory Statement or the New Asset Co Bonds Trust Deed.
Approval Regime means the terms of reference for the SRC as established by the board of directors of New Noble as set out in the delegation of authority from the board of directors of New Noble to the SRC dated on or about the date of the Trust Deed.
Approval Regime means the terms of reference for the Strategic Review Committee of the Company as established by the New Noble Board as set out in the delegation of authority from New Noble Board to the Strategic Review Committee of the Company dated on or about the date of initial issuance of the Preference Shares (and which may only be amended by the Majority Preference Shareholders);

Examples of Approval Regime in a sentence

  • The Delegation of Telecommunications Equipment Approval shall be logged in the Type Approval Regime.

  • Special Registration means the registration of (A) equity securities and/or options or other rights in respect thereof solely registered on Form S-4 or Form S-8 (or successor form) or (B) shares of equity securities and/or options or other rights in respect thereof to be offered to directors, members of management, employees, consultants, customers, lenders or vendors of the Company or Company Subsidiaries or in connection with dividend reinvestment plans.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Approval of a vehicle means the approval of a vehicle type with regard to braking.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • type-approval means the procedure whereby an approval authority certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit satisfies the relevant administrative provisions and technical requirements;

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • New Drug Application or “NDA” means a New Drug Application filed with the FDA as described in 21 C.F.R. § 314, a Biological License Application (BLA) pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 601.2, or any equivalent or any corresponding application for Regulatory Approval (not including pricing and reimbursement approval) in any country or regulatory jurisdiction other than the United States.
