Approved Appraised Value definition

Approved Appraised Value means the most recent M.A.I. appraised value of an Eligible Real Property that (a) was ordered by the Agent, (b) has been approved by the Agent in writing in its reasonable discretion, and (c) is in compliance with the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act.
Approved Appraised Value means the net orderly liquidation value of the Collateral, such value to be determined by an appraiser approved and selected by the Agent and such appraisal to be conducted once at any time in each calendar year.
Approved Appraised Value means the appraised value of the Property as set forth in the most recent appraisal that has been prepared by an appraiser acceptable to Bank and delivered to Bank.

  • If on any Calculation Date, the Debt Service Coverage Ratio is calculated to be greater than 1.45 to 1 and the LTV Ratio (based on the Approved Appraised Value of the Property) is determined to be less than sixty percent (60%), Borrower and Guarantor may request in writing that the “Guaranteed Principal Amount” as defined in the Guaranty be reduced to ten percent (10%) of the Maximum Commitment (the “Repayment Guaranty Reduction”).

More Definitions of Approved Appraised Value

Approved Appraised Value means an appraised value approved by the Bank and set by the Bank prior to or not less than 30 days after the Closing Date based upon an appraisal satisfactory to the Bank prepared by an appraiser satisfactory to the Bank (which appraisal must be submitted to and approved by the Bank prior to or not less than 30 days after the Closing Date). Once the Approved Appraised Value is determined and set by the Bank, it shall not change during the term of the Loans.

  • Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.
