Approved Facilities means those FINRA facilities listed in Attachment A which have been selected by Participant or the Executing Broker; and

Approved Facilities means the facilities of Pacira located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (or the approved facility of a Third Party Manufacturer), in each case as may be changed by Pacira from time to time, comprising buildings and equipment where Pacira shall Manufacture and store or have Manufactured and stored the Bulk Product.

Approved Facilities means that facilities of Impax located at Buildings No. 1 and No. 2, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, California 94545 and its facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and referenced in the Health Registrations as an approved site for the Manufacture of the Product, including without limitation all of the equipment, machinery and facilities of Impax at such location that are used in the Manufacturing, testing, stability oversight, and storage of Product.

Approved Facilities means the approved facilities located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (or the approved facility of a Third Party Manufacturer), comprising buildings and equipment where Pacira shall Manufacture and store or have Manufactured and stored the Product; PACIRA & EKR CONFIDENTIAL

Approved Facilities means (i) the Solar Module Manufacturing Facility; and (ii) any other Manufacturing facility owned or controlled by TUM 1 or any of the Approved Subsidiaries that is commissioned for the Manufacture of Solar Modules or Solar Cells and that is approved by Licensor in writing, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Approved Facilities means the structures and facilities defined as such and described in detail in an Addendum executed by the Parties hereunder.

Approved Facilities means (i) the facilities in Holdrege, Nebraska, Dun Laoghaire, Ireland, and Suzhou, China, with manufacturing lines containing Manufacturing Line IP as of the Separation, and (ii) any facility approved by Parent following the date hereof in accordance with Section 2.3.

Approved Facilities means a solid waste management‌ facility or facilities, such as a MRF, transfer station, composting or other type of processing facility, designated from time to time by the Authority to receive some or all Directed Waste and Materials.
