Approved Facilities definition

Approved Facilities means any one or combination of the Approved C&D Processing Facility,

Approved Facilities. Means the authorized departments, facilities, and other municipalities approved by Member and MMCAP Infuse to access and use this MPA, as identified on Exhibit B.

Approved Facilities means those FINRA facilities listed in Attachment A which have been selected by Participant or the Executing Broker; and

More Definitions of Approved Facilities

Approved Facilities means the schools for the deaf which are enumerated in section 4201 of the Education Law, and other public and private agencies which have been approved by the commissioner in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph(iii) of this paragraph.

Approved Facilities means that facilities of Impax located at Buildings No. 1 and No. 2, 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, California 94545 and its facility located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 and referenced in the Health Registrations as an approved site for the Manufacture of the Product, including without limitation all of the equipment, machinery and facilities of Impax at such location that are used in the Manufacturing, testing, stability oversight, and storage of Product.

Approved Facilities means the facilities of Pacira located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 (or the approved facility of a Third Party Manufacturer), in each case as may be changed by Pacira from time to time, comprising buildings and equipment where Pacira shall Manufacture and store or have Manufactured and stored the Bulk Product.

Approved Facilities means the approved facilities located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 XXX (or the approved facility of a Third Party Manufacturer), comprising buildings and equipment where Pacira shall Manufacture and store or have Manufactured and stored the Product; PACIRA & EKR CONFIDENTIAL

Approved Facilities means (i) the facilities in Holdrege, Nebraska, Dun Laoghaire, Ireland, and Suzhou, China, with manufacturing lines containing Manufacturing Line IP as of the Separation, and (ii) any facility approved by Parent following the date hereof in accordance with Section 2.3.

Approved Facilities means the approved facilities located at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000, XXX (“Manufacturing Facility”) and Zone Industrielle Xxxxxxx Ouest, 00, xxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx, BP. 00, X 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx-Fallavier, France (“Packaging Facility”) or as may be changed pursuant to this Agreement comprising buildings and Equipment where Skye shall Manufacture and Quality Control and store or have Manufactured, Quality Controlled and stored the Product;

Approved Facilities means the structures and facilities defined as such and described in detail in an Addendum executed by the Parties hereunder.
