Approved Incidental Vessel Costs definition

Approved Incidental Vessel Costs means the costs of any of the types set out in Schedule 7 up to the amounts for such costs specified in the budget for the project of constructing the Vessel approved by the Facility Agent.

Related to Approved Incidental Vessel Costs

  • Commercial vessel means any vessel not owned and operated by the United States military or the United States Coast Guard.

  • Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Country Risks means with respect to any Foreign Depository: (a) the financial infrastructure of the country in which it is organized, (b) such country's prevailing custody and settlement practices, (c) nationalization, expropriation or other governmental actions, (d) such country's regulation of the banking or securities industry, (e) currency controls, restrictions, devaluations or fluctuations, and (f) market conditions which affect the order execution of securities transactions or affect the value of securities.

  • Incidental costs means expenses specified in a warranty incurred by a warranty holder and related to the failure of a vehicle protection product to perform as provided in the warranty. Incidental costs may include, but are not limited to, insurance policy deductibles, rental vehicle charges, the difference between the actual value of a stolen vehicle at the time of theft and the cost of a replacement vehicle, sales taxes, registration fees, transaction fees, and mechanical inspection fees.

  • Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel,

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;

  • Insured Risks means fire lightning explosion earthquake storm tempest flood subsidence landslip heave impact terrorism bursting or overflowing of water tanks and pipes earthquake damage by aircraft and other aerial devices or articles dropped there from riot and civil commotion labour disturbance and malicious damage and such other risks as the Academy Trust insures against from time to time subject in all cases to any exclusions or limitations as may from time to time be imposed by the insurers or underwriters;

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Coastal vessel means any vessel exclusively employed in trading between any port or place in India to any other port or place in India having a valid coastal license issued by the competent authority.

  • Sovereign Risk means nationalization, expropriation, currency devaluation, revaluation or fluctuation, confiscation, seizure, cancellation, destruction or similar action by any governmental authority, de facto or de jure; or enactment, promulgation, imposition or enforcement by any such governmental authority of currency restrictions, exchange controls, taxes, levies or other charges affecting a Fund's Assets; or acts of armed conflict, terrorism, insurrection or revolution; or any other act or event beyond the Custodian's or such other Person's control.

  • insurance business means one or more aspects of the business of selling, issuing or underwriting insurance or reinsurance.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Loss of Hand or Foot means complete severance through or above the wrist or ankle joint. (In South Carolina, "Loss of Hand" can also mean the loss of four whole fingers from one hand.)

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Relevant Business means any business or part thereof howsoever carried on involving the supply of Restricted Goods and/or Services;

  • Country Risk means all factors reasonably related to the systemic risk of holding Foreign Assets in a particular country including, but not limited to, such country’s political environment, economic and financial infrastructure (including any Eligible Securities Depository operating in the country), prevailing or developing custody and settlement practices, and laws and regulations applicable to the safekeeping and recovery of Foreign Assets held in custody in that country.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.

  • Loss of Activities of Daily Living means that, due to an Injury or Sickness, the Insured Employee has lost the ability to safely and completely perform two or more of the following six Activities of Daily Living without another person's active, hands-on help with all or most of the activity.
