Approved Innovation Scheme definition

Approved Innovation Scheme means an Innovation Scheme which is approved by the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 19.11 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

Related to Approved Innovation Scheme

  • approved blood scheme means a scheme established or approved by the Secretary of State, or trust established with funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the purpose of providing compensation in respect of a person having been infected from contaminated blood products;

  • certification scheme means the ‘Human Services Scheme Part 1 – Common requirements for bodies certifying Human Services’ and ‘Human Services Scheme Part 2 – Additional requirements for bodies certifying Human Services in Queensland’ approved by XXX-ANZ under which bodies accredited by XXX-ANZ can, through Certification Audits, certify and re-certify that an organisation is delivering human services in compliance with the Quality Standards, published on the website at xxx.xxx-anz.com.au or such other website as We may from time to time notify You;

  • Approval Letter means the letter from WRAS to the Applicant confirming the grant of WRAS Approval in respect of a Product;

  • public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Parent Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(g).

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).

  • Innovation means the implementation of a new or significantly improved product, service or process, including but not limited to production, building or construction processes, a new marketing method, or a new organisational method in business practices, workplace organisation or external relations inter alia with the purpose of helping to solve societal challenges or to support the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Company Acquisition Proposal means any offer, indication of interest or proposal (other than an offer or proposal made or submitted by or on behalf of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries) contemplating or otherwise relating to any Company Acquisition Transaction.

  • Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).

  • approved scheme means a share option scheme, other than a savings-related share option scheme, approved under Schedule 4.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • collective investment scheme means any arrangements with respect to property of any description, including money, the purpose or effect of which is to enable Persons taking part in the arrangements (whether by becoming owners of the property or any part of it or otherwise) to participate in or receive profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of the property or sums paid out of such profits or income.

  • Project Proposal is the final and written description of the Project as described in Exhibit A, to be undertaken by Sub-recipient for which the Project Funds is granted and performance is required and monitored pursuant to this PFA.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Superannuation Scheme in this subclause, shall mean a scheme other than one implemented solely for purposes of compliance with Clause 49. - Superannuation of this award, or an Order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

  • Modern biotechnology means the application of:
