Approved Streaming Format definition

Approved Streaming Format means a digital electronic media file compressed and encoded for secure streaming transmission in a resolution specified by Licensor for Streaming Devices, in accordance with Widevine Cypher 4.2 DRM with the license settings/configuration set forth on Schedule B-1 for VOD and Schedule C-1 for DHE , both attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as the same may be updated from time-to-time with the mutual written consent of the parties.
Approved Streaming Format. A digital electronic media file compressed and encoded for secure streaming transmission in a resolution specified by CDD for Streaming Devices, wrapped with DivX Plus, is hereby approved as an “Approved Streaming Format” under the Distribution Agreement.
Approved Streaming Format shall have the meaning assigned to such term in section 5.01(a)(i) below.

Approved Streaming Format means a digital electronic media file compressed and encoded for secure streaming transmission in a resolution specified by Licensor for Streaming Devices, in accordance with any of the following DRM systems: (a) Xxxxxx Broadband, (b) Microsoft Playready, (c) CMLA Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) DRM Version 2 or 2.1, (d) Adobe Flash Access 2.0 and (e) Widevine Cypher 4.2 (f) encrypted HTTP Live Streaming (meeting requirements specifically for HTTP Live Streaming in Schedule C) with the license settings/configuration set forth on Schedule B-1 for VOD and Schedule C-1 for DHE (and, for formats/DRMs not set forth in such Schedules, with the license settings/configuration in accordance with the Usage Rules and the Content Protection Requirements and Obligations in Schedule B-2), both attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as the same may be updated from time-to-time with the mutual written consent of the parties.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
