General-Purpose Software definition

General-Purpose Software means Software that supports general-purpose office and software development activities and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be General-Purpose Software. Such General- Purpose Software may include, but is not restricted to, word processing, spreadsheet, generic database management, and application development software.

Related to General-Purpose Software

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • The Software means the software designed and developed by the Consultant or the Consultant’s Personnel, and includes the source code and object code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts envisaged in the Terms of Reference.   • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
