Approved Transfer Station means the
Approved Transfer Station means the Contra Costa Transfer Station at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx, 156 CA selected by CCCSWA, which is owned and operated by Contractor dba Contra Costa Transfer and 157 Recovery Facility. The Approved Transfer Station shall serve as the Transfer Station for all Franchised 158 Solid Waste and Organic Materials Collected by Contractor.
Approved Transfer Station means the Golden Bear Transfer Station owned by the Contractor and 2377 located 1 Xxxx Blvd, in Richmond California, which was selected by the Contractor and approved by the 2378 Authority as the site for the performance of services under Section 4.1.1 of this Agreement.

  • Contractor shall Collect up to three thousand (3,000) Tons of dirt as Class II Cover Material from City designated locations each calendar year and Transport it to the Approved Transfer Station and/or Approved Disposal Location at no cost to the City.

  • The Approved Transfer Station shall maintain full regulatory compliance with all permits from Federal, State, regional, county and City agencies necessary for it to operate and is in compliance with all such permits.

  • Contractor shall submit to Contract Administrator all weigh tags documenting tonnage hauled and deposited at the Approved Transfer Station and/or Approved Disposal Location.

  • Data shall include the total Tons of Solid Waste generated in the City that were self-hauled to the Approved Transfer Station or the Approved Disposal Location by: a) City crews; b) other vehicles to be designated by City; and c) the general public.

  • Excluded Transfer means any transfer of VRDP Shares (1) to a TOB Trust in which BANA and/or its Affiliates collectively own all of the residual interests, (2) in connection with a distribution in-kind to the holders of securities of or receipts representing an ownership interest in any TOB Trust in which BANA and/or its Affiliates collectively own all of the residual interests, (3) in connection with a repurchase financing transaction or (4) relating to a collateral pledge arrangement.
