A&R ATSA means that certain Amended and Restated Air Transportation Services Agreement, by and between Airborne Global Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, and Amazon.com Services LLC, dated as of December 20, 2018, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, including that certain Third Amended and Restated Air Transport Services Agreement, dated as of May 6, 2024.
