Architect Contract definition

Architect Contract means that certain Standard Form of Agreement between the Owner and the Architect (AIA Document B1431-1997) dated as of , 20 between the Developer and the Architect.

Architect Contract means any contract entered into between the Construction Agent or the Lessee with an architect for the design of the Improvements or any portion thereof on the Property, including the AIA B141 - 2004 (Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect) dated as of June 21, 2012, as amended by that certain Closeout Agreement dated as of May 1, 2014 by and among the Lessee, as owner, and M.
