Architectural definition

Architectural. “historic,” or “scenic area” means an area that contains unique architectural, historic, or scenic characteristics that require special regulations to ensure that signs displayed within the area enhance its visual character and are compatible with it.
Architectural means pertaining to stationary structures, including mobile homes, and their appurtenances. Appurtenances to an architectural structure include, but are not limited to, hand railings, cabinets, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, fences, rain gutters and downspouts and windows.
Architectural means comparable in quality of design and detail as would be produced in the offices of a registered architect.
