Landscape definition
Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;
Landscape or “Landscaping” means any vegetation, mulches, irrigation systems, and any site amenities, such as, street furniture, decorative paving, fences, and lighting (excluding public utility street and area lighting).
Landscape means the parcel area less the building pad, and includes all planted areas and hardscapes (i.e., driveway, parking, paths and other paved areas).

The Legislature has requested that the Department commit program dollars to landscaping.
