Argentine Guarantor definition

Argentine Guarantor means any Credit Facility Guarantor incorporated in Argentina.
Argentine Guarantor means APCO Argentina S.A. and each other person organized under the laws of Argentina that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to Section 7.10(b) from time to time.
Argentine Guarantor means each Original Argentine Guarantor named in the introductory paragraph to this Indenture and each Additional Argentine Guarantor (or any Surviving Entity that has assumed the obligations of an Argentine Guarantor under Article IV).

  • The ability of the Argentine Guarantor to perform obligations payable in non- Argentine currency (and the ability of any person to remit out of the Republic of Argentina the proceeds of any judgment awarded in non-Argentine currency) will be subject to the exchange regulations which may be in effect at the time of payment (or such remittance).

  • Any taxes, expenses and/or costs resulting from the above procedures will be borne by the Argentine Guarantor.
