The insolvency, bankruptcy, arrangement, adjustment, composition, liquidation, disability, dissolution or lack of power of Seller, Guarantor or any other party at any time liable for the payment of all or part of the Guaranteed Obligations or any dissolution of Seller or Guarantor, or any sale, lease or transfer of any or all of the assets of Seller or Guarantor, or any changes in the shareholders, partners or members of Seller or Guarantor; or any reorganization of Seller or Guarantor.
Seller, Guarantor and Pledgor shall, to the extent permitted by Requirements of Law, pay to Buyer interest in connection with any amounts not paid when due under the Repurchase Documents, which interest shall be calculated at a rate equal to the Default Rate, until all such amounts are received in full by Buyer.
