Arizona Act definition

Arizona Act means “The Arizona Limited Liability Company Act,” Arizona Revised Statutes, §§ 29-601, et seq.;
Arizona Act means the Arizona Business Corporation Act as set forth in Sections 120 et seq. of Title 10 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended (including any successor statute).
Arizona Act means the Arizona Limited Liability Company Act. "Balance Sheet" shall have the meaning contained in Section 3.1(s). "Balance Sheet Date" shall have the meaning contained in Section 3.1(s).
