Arrival Notice definition

Arrival Notice means the notice sent from the Buyer to the Seller that shall contain the following information (which may be updated as necessary): 1) Call sign, 2) Vessel’s Name, 3) Owners, 4) Flag, 5) Agents, 6) Length Overall, 7) Gross tonnage, 8) Net Tonnage, 9) Deadweight, 10) Ex-Names, 11) Expected time of arrival, 12) IMO Number, 13) Requirements.
Arrival Notice has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.4.
Arrival Notice means the notice sent from the Buyer to the Seller that shall contain the following information

Examples of Arrival Notice in a sentence

  • Confirmed on board information or Arrival Notice for ocean shipments must be provided 5 days prior to arrival at the final port of destination.

  • Owner may rely upon the analysis of the Independent Inspector as well as the specifications and representations of Customer set forth in the Arrival Notice as to Product quality.

  • Owner will not be obligated to receive Product into the Terminal that is contaminated or that otherwise fails to meet those specifications, nor will Owner be obligated to accept Product that fails to meet Product grade set forth in the Arrival Notice.

  • Owner may rely upon the specifications and representations of Customer set forth in the Arrival Notice as to Product quality.

  • The contractor shall on receipt of cargo at destination shall promptly notify the designated officer of BHEL, Regional Operations Division / Airport office, Chennai or authorized clearing agents about the arrival of cargo at the destination and handover all related documents (4 copies of HAWB, 2 copies of Cargo Arrival Notice, Manifest copy, suppliers invoice, packing list etc.) to BHEL or their clearing agents for effecting speedy customs clearance of the of cargo at Chennai Airport.

  • Unless otherwise provided by Owner in writing, Customer must provide notice reasonably acceptable to Owner (in accordance with Section 13) and to the Terminal containing all necessary shipping instructions, including without limitation, the identity and quantity of the Product and the tentative arrival date(s) (the "Arrival Notice").

  • Unless otherwise provided to TPSI in writing, Valero must provide reasonably prompt notice to TPSI (in accordance with Section 13) containing all necessary shipping instructions, including without limitation, the identity and quantity of the Product and the tentative arrival date(s) ("Arrival Notice").

  • TPSI may rely upon the specifications and representations of Valero set forth in the Arrival Notice as to Product quality.

  • TPSI will not be obligated to receive Product into the Terminal that is contaminated or that otherwise fails to meet those specifications, nor will TPSI be obligated to accept any Valero Product that fails to meet quality specifications in Attachment "B" as set forth in the Arrival Notice.

Related to Arrival Notice

  • Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.

  • Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Loan Assignment by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
