Articles of Reorganization definition

Articles of Reorganization means the Articles of Reorganization of Jaguar to be filed pursuant to Section 186 of the OBCA and in accordance with Section 7.4(a) hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to Jaguar and the Majority Consenting Noteholders;

• Pursuant to the CCAA and the CBCA, the Articles of Reorganization of Reorganized QWI shall be approved by the Canadian Court pursuant to the Sanction Order.

Articles of Reorganization means the articles of reorganization of the Corporation attached as Schedule A.
