Asbestos PD Channeling Injunction definition

Asbestos PD Channeling Injunction means the order(s) entered or affirmed by the District Court, in accordance with and pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 524(g), permanently and forever staying, restraining, and enjoining any Entity from taking any action against any Asbestos Protected Party (except as may be specifically provided in such order(s)) for the purpose of, directly or indirectly, collecting, recovering, or receiving payment of, on, or with respect to (i) any Asbestos PD Claims, all of which shall be channeled to the Asbestos PD Trust for resolution as set forth in the case management order (other than actions brought to enforce any right or obligation under the Plan or any agreement or instrument between the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, on the one hand, and the Asbestos PD Trust, on the other hand, entered into pursuant to the Plan); and (2) any CDN ZAI PD Claims, the provision for payment of which shall be made to the Asbestos PD Trust to be disbursed to the CDN ZAI PD Claims Fund. Examples of Asbestos PD Channeling Injunction in a sentence

  • This Section 7.3.3 is intended to further effect the Asbestos PD Channeling Injunction described in Section 8.3 of the Plan, and the discharge described in Section 8.1 of this Plan.

  • The sole recourse of the Holder of an Asbestos PD Claim in Class 7A on account of such Asbestos PD Claim (whether or not such Asbestos PD Claim is Allowed as of the Effective Date) shall be to the Asbestos PD Trust pursuant to the provisions of the Asbestos PD Channeling Injunction, the Asbestos PD Trust Agreement, the Class 7A CMO, and any orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court allowing such Asbestos PD Claims.

  • Explosives (1) means solid, liquid or gaseous substances or mixtures of substances which, in their application as primary, booster, or main charges in warheads, demolition and other applications, are required to detonate.

  • Asbestos means the asbestiform varieties of serpentinite (chrysotile), riebeckite (crocidolite), cummingtonite-grunerite, anthophyllite, and actinolite-tremolite.

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.

A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

  • Biomethane means biogas that meets pipeline quality natural gas standards.

  • Web spray adhesive means any aerosol adhesive that is not a mist spray or special purpose spray adhesive.

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.

  • Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

  • Explosive means a chemical compound, device, or mixture:

  • Nitrogen oxides means nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, expressed as nitrogen dioxide (NO2);

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;

  • Hydrofluorocarbons means compounds that only contain hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon.

  • Cannabinoid means any of the chemical compounds that are the active constituents of marijuana.
