Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Statutory Committee means the Contract Awards Committee or the Compliance Committee or both, as the case may be;
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
Disciplinary Committee means a function of the Compliance Department to fulfill various adjudicative responsibilities and duties described in Rule 602.
Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to
Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
