Assembly Committee definition

Assembly Committee means the ordinary or special committee of the Assembly, if any, which at the relevant time has responsibility for the oversight of:
Assembly Committee means a Committee which is appointed or elected by the House or nominated by the Speaker and which works under the direction of the Speaker and presents its report to the House or to the Speaker and the Secretariat for which is provided by the Assembly Secretariat;

  • Neither the Archdiocese of Canada, OCA, nor its entities, its volunteers, agents, or employees shall be liable for any damage to the property of, or loss of business to the exhibitor, nor by any loss by theft, fire, or other means, nor for injuries to the exhibitor, its employees, agents, or guests, arising from any cause whatsoever – even though occasioned, caused or contributed by the negligence of the Assembly Committee or exhibit facilities, their agents or employees.

  • That General Assembly shall establish a General Assembly Committee on Nomina- tions for Stated Clerk to which the Special Committee mentioned in the preceding para- graph shall report with its recommendations.
