Asset Group definition

Asset Group. Either Asset Group 1 or Asset Group 2.

Asset Group means one or more of the categories of Assets set forth on Schedule I to the MPC Purchase Agreement.

Asset Group means those Investments that are categorized together for the purpose of providing Asset Administrative Services under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Asset Group

Asset Group has the meaning assigned to that term in Schedule 7.1(a)(1) of this Agreement.

Asset Group means any asset or group of assets with identifiable net earnings (or loss).

Asset Group means a group of two or more Loans, all of which either (a) are secured by all or part of the same Loan Collateral, (b) are interrelated by the fact that a default under one results in a default under one or more of the others, or (c) have the same or similar Obligors.

Asset Group. Any of Asset Group 1, Asset Group 2, Asset Group 3, Asset Group 4, Asset Group 5, Asset Group 6 or Asset Group 7, as applicable.

Asset Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

Asset Group. 4: Pace Heirs Leases and the Pace Heirs Unit No. 1 Well located on such leases, and the 303X Well Leases and the Pace No. 303X Well located on such leases. Notwithstanding any terms in this Agreement to the contrary, any Sale Interest in an Asset Group shall not be conveyed under this Agreement unless all Sale Interests in the particular Asset Group are conveyed under this Agreement. If any Sale Interest in an Asset Group is excluded by Buyer’s election under this Agreement, then all Assets in the particular Asset Group shall be deemed to be also excluded.

Asset Group. Any of the Group 1 Assets, Group 2 Assets, Group 3 Assets, Group 4 Assets, Group 5 Assets, Group 6 Assets, Group 7 Assets and Group 8 Assets. Assets: Collectively, the Group 1 Assets, Group 2 Assets, Group 3 Assets, Group 4 Assets, Group 5 Assets, Group 6 Assets, Group 7 Assets and Group 8 Assets.
