Asset Transfer Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4.

Related to Asset Transfer Period

  • Transfer Period means a period of 10 Working Days before a Customer’s order can be activated;

  • Asset Transfer means a sale, lease, exclusive license or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.

Only one Specified Acquisition Period may be elected (or deemed elected) with respect to any particular Specified Acquisition.
