Assignment and Bxxx of Sale definition

Assignment and Bxxx of Sale means a general assignment and bxxx of sale in the form of Exhibit B.

Assignment and Bxxx of Sale means the Assignment and Bxxx of Sale with respect to the Purchased Assets executed by Tvia as of the Closing Date, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
