Assignment and Subordination of Management Agreement definition

Assignment and Subordination of Management Agreement means the Master Assignment and Subordination of Management Agreement required by Lender and satisfying Lender’s requirements, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Assignment and Subordination of Management Agreement means, collectively, each Assignment and Subordination of Management Agreement entered into by a Loan Party from time to time in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Specified Derivatives Providers, with respect to a Property Management Agreement over a Borrowing Base Property or other Management Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit O.
