Assignment Closing Date definition

Assignment Closing Date as defined in Section 10.6(b).
Assignment Closing Date means a business day between the date hereof and April 15, 1997, including April 15, 1997, on which the Buyer completes its purchase of the Assigned Rights (as hereinafter defined).
