Assignment Mortgage definition

Assignment Mortgage means a mortgage or other Instrument executed by an Assignee to the benefit of a Loan Program Lender, granting to such lender a security interest in an Assignment. Any mortgage or other Instrument purporting to grant a security interest in an Assignment or in a Dwelling that is not made pursuant to the terms of a Loan Program shall be deemed null, void and of no effect.
