Assignment of Partnership Interest definition

Assignment of Partnership Interest means, collectively, all Assignments of Partnership Interests now or hereafter executed by a Loan Party in favor of Bank, assigning to Bank their respective partnership interests in the joint ventures or partnerships more fully described therein.
