Assignments of Rents and Leases definition

Assignments of Rents and Leases means, collectively, the Assignment of Rents and Leases (First Priority) executed this date by Borrower in favor of Lender and the Second Assignment of Rents and Leases executed this date by Borrower in favor of Lender, and any extensions, renewals, modifications or replacements thereof or therefor.

Assignments of Rents and Leases means, collectively, the Creekside Assignment of Rents and Leases and the Mentone Assignment of Rents and Leases and the Yucaipa Assignment of Rents and Leases, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
