No such Mortgage Loan that is secured by more than one Mortgaged Property or that is cross-collateralized with another Mortgage Loan permits the release of cross-collateralization of the related Mortgaged Properties or a portion thereof, including due to a partial condemnation, other than in compliance with the REMIC Provisions.
The applicable Special Servicer shall make the property inspections, use its reasonable efforts to collect the financial statements, budgets, operating statements and rent rolls (or, with respect to residential cooperative properties, maintenance schedules) and forward to the applicable Master Servicer the reports in respect of the related Mortgaged Properties with respect to Specially Serviced Loans in accordance with Section 3.12.
The period of time by which the Asset Review Report must be completed and delivered may be extended by up to an additional thirty (30) days, upon written notice to the parties to this Agreement and the applicable Mortgage Loan Seller, if the Asset Representations Reviewer determines pursuant to the Asset Review Standard that such additional time is required due to the characteristics of the Mortgage Loan and/or the Mortgaged Property or Mortgaged Properties.
In addition, the Requesting Holders of any Appraised-Out Class shall have the right, at their sole expense, to require the applicable Special Servicer to order an additional Appraisal of any Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which there exists a Collateral Deficiency Amount if an event has occurred at, or with respect to, the related Mortgaged Property or Mortgaged Properties that would have a material effect on its or their appraised value.
The Whole Loans relating to the Trust are the whole loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified in the following table.
